  • Sunday Night Open House Meditation More and more people are adding some kind of meditation to their daily routine either as an effective antidote to stress, or as a simple method of relaxation.Meditation enables you to create new attitudes and responses to life, giving you a clear spiritual understanding of yourself. Meditation is the process of re-discovering, enjoying and using the positive qualities already latent within you. Like any skill, meditation requires practice to achieve positive and satisfying results.By doing a little every day, it soon becomes a natural and easy habit, which generously rewards you for the effort it involves. However, once a week, we can have a collective meditation, because each and every one of us have the potential to guide the world towards becoming a more loving and a better place. It begins with our ways of thinking, as our outer world is a reflection of what lies within our inner world.

We have the potential to guide the world towards becoming a more loving place. It begins with our ways of thinking, as our outer world is a reflection of what lies within our inner world.
  • Thinking Positively

  • YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK
Thought is like a seed; each thought producing its own distinctive flower and fruit. In other words, thoughts can be creative or destructive, loving or spiteful, depressed or happy. When we understand and harness this energy of the mind, then we can master our life producing those fruits, which give us the most happiness and contentment. Understanding, cooperation, and compatibility are prerequisites for any true friendship. How I see myself and how I use my mind are the beginnings of a good relationship with both others and myself.

The aim of the course is to introduce the understanding of our minds and through this to bring improvement to our lives. We will also gain experiences and learn methods, which we can use to be more positive at home, at work, and in our relationships.

The course structure will focus on getting to know the mind, taking control of life’s experiences, developing positive self-esteem, creating one’s own reality and making daily living a positive experience.

The Thinking Positively Course is offered at no charge. BK Learning Center for Peace is a non-profit Organization.

This course consists of four (4) sessions, each session lasting for two hours. Call for the schedule
